Turbo need replace Rb's vs Vargas , help needed
My car 335 e92 2007
Jb4 Aa dp Injen dci Forge dv' Akrapovic Aa intercooler 90k km Turbo rattle started 2k km ago Thinking on upgrade turbos but I don't know where I'm going I'm from israel and this cars very hard to find maybe 30 cars sold in israel from 2007 Last Dyno I pull out 370bhp My turbos close to die I don't want meth And I want to keep the car as is daily driven I don't track .... Just want more power with minimum issue and problems Thinking on the rb's or Vargas I'm thinking 450-500hp will be more than ok for me but I don't want squeeze the juice from the engine . And all the info I found doesn't answer all my questions. How much power my at trans hold(alpina flash done)? What I need to do with program and how much it should cost? Any more stuff to replace? Fuel pumps ? Pcv ?(I don't understand what it) Better plugs? Better coils ? Can Someone here make it clear And tell me where I'm going and how much ?

Thinking on the rb's or Vargas (RB's proven, Vargas newer) Sufficient info on the board
How much power my at trans hold(alpina flash done)? 450tq, flash does not matter What I need to do with program and how much it should cost? nothing, tune... Any more stuff to replace? As it is quite an operation, you could consider replacing stuff which would normally require the same labour activities Fuel pumps ? Only when they die or when you want to run with Ethanol higher then 50-70%, especially LPFP Pcv ?(I don't understand what it) A valve... replace it when you order new turbo's... has to do with poor BMW design and increased pressure. Better plugs? Better coils ? Not really required. All info on this is very well documented on the board..

I recently added RB Turbos and am very happy with them. RB has been shipping for a few years now and have several international customers so you should consider this. RB website has all pricing information. Vargas stage 2 also looks very good so it is not an easy choice.
Your transmission should be able to handle the added power but obviously you are adding stress. Your JB4 is good with RBs but work with Terry to dial in tune. You might also consider BMS backend flash with RBs. Definitely order the RB PCV valve at the same time. Do you have an OCC? If not consider adding BMS one. Your stock fuel pumps will be fine unless you are running E85 mixture over 40%. What fuel are you running now? No need to change coils but definitely put in new plugs if it has been more than 10,000 miles since you changed them last. Good luck!

Dont get wrapped up with the 50HP gain number... Its about the curve, you will have WAY more power under the curve as you can run higher boost to redline on RBS or VArgas2

RB'S are performed for sure...I run a very aggressive curve daily driver, meth, E85, flash ECT And all had been great.
Herr is a example of a what a RB curve can look like...notice how long it holds boost? Then good down to 18 then fou right back up.

Rb or Vargas
I just got off the Dyno I think last week I hit 506whp 523tq with RBs and no meth jb4 g5,rb PVC,BMS occ, walbro 455 on e70 for fuel........choose your poison....lol. Terry was tuning my car via email andmtexts I spent most of the day on the Dyno. In my my opinion you will not receive that kind of customer service from anyone else.

Do you have a bt cable? If you are interested in saving money there is another tune coming out that only needs the BT cable to flash your car with any map. Also I would look into a piggy (jb4/proceede) on top of a flash tune. From all of the threads I have seen it delivered very very good consistent results. I can vouch for the piggy + flash for e85 makes the car so much smoother
