Turbos swapped, does dealer change oil and coolant?

I had my turbos replaced roughly 1,500 miles ago, by the dealer due to waste-gate rattle. The car is telling me I'm due for an oil change. I just called my service advisor, he says it was not changed during the install. I'm curious if it's standard procedure for the dealer, or anyone, to NOT change the oil and coolant when swapping turbos. Thanks!

Mine changed the oil, topped off coolant but did NOT replace the filter.

According to my service advisor and receipt, hey changed the oil (+ filter) and coolant on mine.

But they did not reset the oil change maintenance schedule on my car, don't know why.

Yes and no, I brought it in at 86,000 miles (I had downpipes in that we're rattling, by the time I got under and fixed them, I was over the mileage and could here the waste-gates) so the dealer covered parts as a good faith and I paid a portion of the labor.

No, they are not. Dealers provide a 2 year warranty (which I think is unlimited mileage).

When you had your turbo's swapped, was the spool louder than normal with what sounds like excessive blow off?
