Ordered a 328i Coupe not too long ago...Should I really switch to the 335i

I love the 328i coupe...just ordered it

got it loaded...but it was a little too expensive for the 335...

should i really try for the 335...i feel like the 328 is going to be slow...

can u give me the 0-60 specs on each?

is there an ECU upgrade for the 328...or something to make it faster...or does it even need it?

Thanks!

If you feel like you should have got the 335, I would get the 335 because later you will be sorry.

if you are already having second thoughts, i say go for the 335. It will always bother you a little bit everytime you see a 335. You will second guess yourself. You never hear of a 335 owner having second thoughts about getting a 328 instead.

if u gonna change the engine, u might as well just get the 335~

plus if ur in the NJ/NY area, there is no difference... 0-60 takes 20 secs and u can't outrun a toyota camry coz there is no where u can pass him due to traffic...

i had the same dilemna, and decided to not go with the 335. It would have pushed the total of the car to over 50k which was was way too much money for an extra level luxury car.

the 328 should hopefully save money on gas and speeding tickets. since i'm not going to be street racing anyone, i couldnt justify the cost.

You won't be able to mod the 328i to be as fast or faster than the 335i, unless you plan on spending more than it would have cost you to buy the 335i in the first place (including the price of the car).

Having said that, how important is the extra power to you? The 328i isn't a slug... it has a nice feel to it, handles well, and is a really solid car.

But if you think you're going to regret your decision, then you probably will... so I'd wait it out and go for the car you really want. I obviously went with the 335 and don't regret my decision.

+1 . If you're doubting yourself before you even get it, you'll regret not getting it later.
