Always wanted that saddle brown/oyster/coral interior? Easy(ish) way to get it.

I have seen many people on these forums looking for certain interior colors. They either cannot find what they want or can only find the passenger seat and need the drivers seat etc.

Well I found an easy way to get an entirely new interior with all the parts needed that no one else seems to have considered. Its very simple. Search ebay for wrecked cars. Now you cant just get them from any wrecked car. You're looking for a car that has been rear ended or has been hit in some way as to not cause sever visual damage but is still technically totaled and therefore being sold for parts. Avoid flooded cars for obvious reasons. Searching narrowly for a specific interior wont really help you. You have to actually search for wrecked cars being parted out. Then you can explore the pics to determine what interior it has or you can sometimes get the vin number and enter it into one of the several online vin databases which will tell you what interior the car has. Most of these ebay sellers do not take thre time to list all the parts. They just list the actual car and rely on the buyer to identify the individual parts he or she needs. You can also simply search for something like "bmw 335i" and then tailor the search to list the cars from least to most expensive. Often the least expensive ones will be wrecked cars.

I was able to easily find my saddle brown interior going this route and had it shipped to me for a reasonable price.

Just a quick tip for anyone looking for a new interior.

Wreck cars can also mean it is stained by blood. If accident was that severe.

How much did you pay? I want to get my hands on a full saddle or oyster interior including carpets and lower dash.

Carpets and lower dash for both those color schemes is just the standard black. You can get it from any black interior. Only the leather is actually different.

I'm aware, just mentioning that I need more than just seats and door cards. The beige interior would've looked so much better if BMW had just two-toned it like all the other colors...

Also, just searched eBay and couldn't find a single E92 or E93 that was being parted out...

I completely agree about the two-tone thing, I'm actually in the process of doing that conversion to my grey interior.

Since you've already got beige you could look into just getting black carpets/door cards/center console/seat trims. You can swap the leather portions of the door cards from your current interior onto the black - the look would be very similar to oyster.

I picked up a set of heated, premium sport seats for under $500 shipped from Oregon to Ohio using said method. They're in perfect condition too.

lol obviously avoid blood soaked interiors although it would make for a good conversation starter.
