Two piece rotors ?

Anyone got 2 piece rotors on their Z ? Do they look significantly different once on the car?

I am thinking of upgrading mainly for cosmetic reasons. Any improvement on the already impressive braking power would be a bonus.
I'll also be upgrading the pads. Any recommendations there?

Cheers,
Mike
