E9X M3 front seat adjustment post removal

So have had my front driver seat replaced a BMW Performance seat awhile back and recently got a Logitech GT Force Driving steering wheel to use in conjunction with GT5.

So the short of it is I want to use my OEM drivers seat but it is slightly reclined forward and not very comfortable. Is there a way to manually adjust the recline position without having to hook up power to the seat?

If you do have to power the seat anyone got tips on how to do that with relative ease?

Thx
Jon
