The only thing I could find on google that is a "Kreissig" like the rep he stated above was an exhaust. But even if it was a knock off exhaust, I find it hard to believe he would only want $400 for it new. Common op, give us some answers, and also prove that humanity has not gone down a shit hill in a hand basket.

I bought it from a guy for $600 2 years ago and haven't got a chance to put it on.....!!!
