So i cant find my manual not sure what i did with it but my headlight switch seems to be working but the green light on the switch is not.

Auto green light comes on when dark, headlights working properly,

Off position green light goes off day time running lights stay on.

Next position no green light, dash lights up day time running lights stay on.

Next position headlights go on no green light

Switch on the fog lights and the green light comes on

When the switch is in the on but not auto position shouldnt the green light illuminate?

I cant really remember since ive always had it in the auto position now that ive changed battery i am testing all electronics

If its not working right ill order up the euro switch.

i'm pretty sure it only lights up green when the headlights are on

The switch with the on but not auto should be all the way to the right. On my car, the green dashboard light does not come on for headlights, only fog. And the auto lights green light does not appear when headlights are manually turned on.

For Automatic Position only correct? All other positions the green light should be off?

Ah ok, so it's working correctly then, too bad wanted an excuse to get the euro switch.

Yep, it only turns on when the headlights are on in Auto mode.
