Anyone with me on the Miraculous Ace coming from SA? It's the car I ordered back in March! Arrives in Southern California Sept 10th

Yup, I'm on it. Mine will get off at an earlier stop at Baltimore. She's in Zeebrugge today.

I've lost track of her... Any ideas where the Miraculous Ace could be? I'm expecting delivery in LA sometime in sept, but the ship estimation is 8/28

You probably logged in while she was in the North Atlantic.
She is docked in Baltimore as of about 1:00 am EST. My car is in the USA!

It's noiw leaving port for Brunswick - then Cartagena, Panama Canal and then you. Should be just a couple of days for me, Can't wait.

I was on with you, I just got off in Baltimore too. I live in southern PA, only about 90 min from the port. I also ordered in March, and mine is a 2012 335i Sport. Its been too long, but sure glad she is on U.S. soil finally !!

Good for you LongGone. Has your status been updated? Both the 1-800 number and the "Tracking your BMW" web site still have me "in transit." Where is the VPC/VDC for your area? I originally thought my car was going to be sent to the VDC in new Jersey, but I'm not sure whether they do it around the Baltimore area.

No status update for me either. I thought mine might be going to VDC in NJ, but nobody could tell me for sure. Don't know if there is a facility in Balt. A couple wks ago, my dealership said they expect the car on Sept 6th. I am still hoping for an earlier delivery (for Labor Day weekend), but not expecting it. Going on 6 months now, whats another week.

On a whim I just entered my VID # into the W&W tracking site and got a hit for my car. It was apparently transferred on August 24 in Bremerhaven to their vessel the Don Juan which is due in NY on September 6. I did this after calling my CA, who said his daily sheet said my car was arriving next week on Miraculous. Having tracked that boat since it left Africa, I knew that Miraclulous Ace had already left Baltimore. MY CA was unaware that the car had been transferred. You might check the W&W website yourself to see if the same had happened to you.

Gene - thanks for the information. I tried the W&W site like you suggested, and the same thing happened to me. I am on the Don Juan with you, due into NY Sept 6th. My C/A wasn't aware of the transfer either.

Will this ever end,....the wait just goes on and on,.......I am a mess,....

Might as well relax and look forward to a great car. At this point a few days doesn't make a lot of difference to me. What I learned from this is that BMW is not too great at communication to either its dealers or its customers.

Your right, once we get our cars, I am sure the wait will have been worth it. Hoping it makes it to the dealership this coming week as I am sure you are as well.
My dealership has been frustrated as well with the lack of communication from BMW. They couldn't get any answers no matter how high up the ladder they went. They told me that the wait I have had to endure (going on 6 mos) has never happened at their dealership before.
