M-Sport front bumper

Hey guys is it possible to order the front bumper separately? if so is it even worth it or is it better to just order the package? Im only asking cause i really only like the front bumper out of the package.

If you haven't ordered yet, it would be better to just put in an order for the M-Sport package. The M-Sport bumper retrofit alone will cost about $1000 painted and installed... possibly more depending on which ducting you will need to change. The amount of ducting etc to change depends on the options in your car.

I don't know the price in the rest of the world, but in Germany you can get the complete exterior M sport package (front, side skirts, rear) for the E9x for €800-900. So if that is something to go by the F30 kit shouldn't be much more expensive if they haven't changed their pricing policy.

That sounds about right. But you still need to buy ducting and other pieces to retrofit it. Not to mention painting/installing.

The pre-lci kit includes:
  • M front bumper
  • M rear bumper
  • M sideskirts
  • M fog lights
  • a lot of small parts like screws, air ducts, clips for mounting

So everything you need for less than €900.
Painting and installation is on top of that though. The LCI kit need the air ducts.

Here in europe painting and installation would be just as much as the price for the parts.

The price of the parts gets cheaper as the model cycle moves along. U won't see M-sport retrofit bodykit for F30 at Eur900 for quite a few years yet.

What he said. I'm betting that a complete retrofit (minus paint/install) will be handsomely more than 900 at this time.

Of course I wouldn't complain if I lose that bet.

get the package from the factory if you can afford it. All the little extras are worth it. I just love the feel of the M steering wheel and the sport seats.

Just the front bumper? I am wondering the appearance will become unbalanced.

I am thinking just to do the front and back. As for the side, I am not sure if the M sport version has notible difference comparing with my sport version.

the sides are relevantly cheap, its the front and back that cost the $$

if youre just after front, Id go the LTMW route and save some money in the process

I regret not buy an M-sport to begin with. But I would just get the entire kit all at once to save time/money. I ended up getting everything piece by piece and what a waste of time that was!
