F30 Lease Deal?
So I got quoted 375/month for 36 months with 10,000 miles/year on a pretty much totally base model '12 328i (38k MSRP I believe). This is I guess the special offer they're doing right now. Could I do better than this or is this a good deal? I'd kind of like to have HID's/sport seats but at the same time I really don't want my monthly payment getting too crazy. Thoughts?

You're probably right, I just really don't want to be paying a ton over 400 a month. If this is a good deal and I'm not gonna be able to do much better on a more well optioned car I'll do it just because I love the way this damn thing drives, but I'm curious what kind of deals other people are getting.

Assuming a $38k selling price and $2500 down, I get $438/mo pretax. To arrive at $375/mo, he's seems to be selling you the car at ~$2000 off MSRP. Not a terrible deal, but I think you could easily work it down to $350-360/mo. Maybe even a bit less since it's a '12.
