How's this deal? 2012 335i Coupe
Hows this for a deal?
2012 335i coupe Alpine white with coral red interior and bamboo wood Cold Weather M Sport Premium Package Steptronic Auto Navi Satellite Radio Harmon Kardon Surround Sound BMW Apps Dealer didn't have an MSRP so when I built it online I got to an MSRP of $55,270. Dealer is offering me $550/mo., 36 months, 12k miles, with $2500 down. Taxes are included within the payment. $2,500 is NOT a Cap Cost Reduction, but consists of first month payment, DMV fee, acq. fee, etc... Unfortunately, I haven't yet been provided with a break-out of what that figure consists of, yet, but I sense that the acq. fee may have been marked-up. Also applicable is my $2k option credit, and my $750 loyalty cash bonus/rebate. Backing into it, using a 59% residual (for 12k miles) and a 0.00145 MF, it seems that he's doing $1,825 UNDER invoice, before accounting for $2,750 in rebates. Drive for TEAMUSA event is next week for an additional $1k off, but dealer wants me to sign the paperwork or put a non-refundable deposit down, by tomorrow. I may consider a trade-in as well, so it doesn't seem too wise to put down a deposit as of yet. Is this a good deal based on the above?
