Ordered mine from Patrick and the CA was great. Gave me a free keychain because he was busy once when I went to talk to him, and I inquired about the leather Comfort Access covers and he said he would talk to the part manager about throwing it in for free.

I would NOT recommend Fields BMW. I had problems with them with my M3 that was out of warranty and problems with our 740i that WAS CPO! They are just there to rip you off, pure criminals. I do like some of the guys in the parts department as I bought many parts there over the years. I take my newE92 335i to Patrick BMW, they are fantastic. They even replaced my windshield free of charge as we disputed who caused it and they ended up taking care of me with a warranty claim. Not to mention, I didn't even buy the car from them.
Knauz in Lake Forest is also very good, but too far for me now. |
