2006 Sport Package?

Can someone tell me what is included with Sports and Premium packages on a 2006 325 sedan?
Without going into too much detail, we are thinking of getting an 06 325 at the same time I get my 335 (lease). One dealer has:

06 325 (certified with warranty up to 100k miles)
Premium
Sports
Auto
15k miles
$33,400 out the door

There is another dealer that has:

06 325 (also certified with warranty up to 100k mile)
Premium
Auto
16k miles
$31,990 listed price - I haven't talked to them so I don't know how much/if they will come down.

My wife likes both colors and she drove a sport and non-sport yesterday. She couldn't really tell the difference, but I want to double (triple, I'm anal) check and see what comes with the sports package on an 06. I told her I didn't even consider getting the 335 without the sports package. From what I've read, the wheels are 17", the seats are different, the suspension is tuned differently and the steering wheel is different.

What do you guys think or what would you do? We plan on buying this car and keeping it for a while EXCEPT the fact that my wife wants a Range Rover Sport and is saying she will trade it in for one in 2 or 3 years. I want my wife to be happy, but I really don't support purchasing a Range Rover. The company is at the bottom in reliability and the gas mileage sucks. Additionally, we live in a very mild climate and the 4 wheel drive is useless.

If by "out the door" means tax, tag and all included, the first one sounds like OK deal (from the dealer for the CPO). Sport's package is a must, for the seats at least -- the rest can be modded/added easily, but not the seats. Premium package gives you the leather, power seats, and some other little things...
One thing to suggest, make sure they give you NEW RFTs as they can be "ugly" after 15k miles.

Good luck. I've had my car for over 2 years and no issues at all...

Yes RFTs started in 06 with the new look.

PP = leather, power seats and I believe also the lumbar with SPs, bluetooth, compass mirror, side folding mirrors and universal garage door opener.

You should ask if either car has Comfort Access too, it's well worth it.

The sport package is generally considered "mandatory" here on e90post. The seats are wonderful.

+1 on the Range Rover Sport. I love the styling but I've heard horror stories about reliability and the gas mileage is just brutal. My wife also wanted one so we drove the HSE version (no supercharged model available for a test drive at that time), and it felt seriously underpowered and rolled around in the corners. The supercharged version has a lot more power and apparently more agile handling, but you'll struggle to get 15 mpg.
