halogen to xenon upgrade help

i found these on ebay, can i use these and the DIY to convert to xenon? or are they not the correct ones

can anyone confirm these would work for my retrofit??

EDIT:
BTW this guy is telling me they are just plug and play to get them to work, then a trip to the dealer to remove error message. can someone please confirm all this!
