Help me out guys, what should I do

Ok i had my car taken in like about 2 months ago for a metalic ticking noise in the engine, they said it was some push rod and hydraulic lifters, well point beeing is that thay had my whole engine apart, replacing half the top of the engine brand new with new camshaft, new gaskets etc..etc..

now this Morning it happended again I hear the metalic ticking noise, so I call mu dealer and they tell me BMW is aware of the situation and they dont know what the problem is so your just going to have to deal with it until we can figure it out.......WTF wait wait wait, i cant believe that a 40k car anf such a GREAT company can give you an answer like that this will be the second time it happens. right now i am so furious i feel like breaking my lease, what should i do can i push for a new car, tell them to swap the engine. i am so dissapointed with these people and the way i have been treated. in about an hour imma go to the dealer ans speak to a service manager. sorry maybe this post is useless but its helping me vent. so i welcome any suggestions or advice on what i should do.

and to make things worse its embarrasing people are like why are u mad i tell them the problem with the car, and they are like wow a bmw with problems??? i guess they arent that good, my honda doesnt give me problems. uuugh i just feel like banging there damn heads against there hondas lol....

Dude BMWs are always perceived as expensive vehicles with high repair costs, so just ignore people like that. I always get that and this is just my 1st bimmer it's annoying.

As for your situation, how about contacting BMW NA directly?
