Who to talk to to change address?

Anyone here know who do I talk to to change my address? because BMW and the dealer still send stuffs to my old address. I talked with the dealer and they said they can't do it. They don't have that option on their computer and I know that the sale manager is telling the truth because he is my friend.

I don't doubt that he can edit your information, but I'm sure he can direct you to the right person to contact.

If this "stuff" includes financal statements, a contact number should be enclosed where someone can answer all your questions for you.

You can do it from bmwusa.com owner's circle...most of us are signed up here on OC, to help track our orders. Just update info from there...

I always try to keep info there as current as possible, I'd hate to miss out on news and invites to special BMW events in the area like the upcoming X5 Ultimate Driving Experience. Is that coming to your neck of the woods?

it's not on BMW OC for sure because it shows the correct(new) address that I put in last yr. the problem is that when I bought the car, I used another address for lower tax

I did recall hearing about the x5 Drive event coming up in the area, but this one more reason for me to visit that site.

I took advantage of their services during a car order, but all my online time thereafter is dedicated here.

Usually BMW corporate sends out info based on OC, especially if you're a BMW Finance customer. Your ownership info is on there. Also, I don't see why the dealership can't update your mailing info, that's nothing to do with BMW corporate.
