Hi all,

Trying to find out where my car is specifically but not having much luck. The dealership doesnt seem to know where it is. Theyve been told its on a ship but that was over a week ago so that doesnt add up considering it still hasnt arrived at the dealer.

Tried calling the customer services 0800 number but they cant tell me anything. All she could tell me was the expected delivery date which was April. Not much help.

Does anyone have a number they used to track the car with BMW other than their dealer?
