The wheel bolts looked like they sheared off.....
He probably used the wrong seating pattern on the bolts or the bolts were extremely cheap.

LOL!!!! So if i take the average joe car (like maybe a lexus or infiniti) and remove the lug nuts from each tire, how long do think it would take under normal (none track) driving before any one of the tires flies off?

That's funny, but so sad...on the bright side, at least it was in a controlled environment and not on a busy street in the middle of traffic...
