Bluetooth - Pandora?
I have the bluetooth pack on my LCI e92. works great for making calls. I have tried to make it work with pandora, is it suppose too? It works well on my friends Benz.... does our car come with that option? rather than having to hook up the aux cable??
I also have sat radio, but I dont think that would matter anyways. anyhow, any feedback like always is appreciated. Thanks |

Since March 2011 you can conveniently use certain Apple iPhone apps in every BMW with the optional equipment item “Apps”. Simply connect your iPhone to your BMW and browse through the apps with the iDrive Controller.

Check out the Blackberry Bluetooth Stereo Gateway on Amazon. If they aren't offered there are likely similar items out there.
It plugs into your 3.5mm input and is powered through the usb port or your cigarette lighter with a usb adapter. It'll let the phone switch to the bluetooth system in the car for calls, so integration is seemless. I keep mine under the center console armrest and use a 6" 3.5mm & USB cable. One item to note is that it doesn't come with a USB cable to power it. It uses either a mini or micro usb. There are other threads about it if you do a search. |

---- Has anyone seen a device like this that handles Bluetooth 3.0? A2DP is cool, and stereo, but relatively low bandwidth.

I've read that the blackberry gateway needs to be resynced every time?
Does the blu bridge do a good job with bass? The a2dp cars I tried with my iPhone were very poor on bass and general sound quality |

a2dp is lossy, and relatively low bit rate.

^Not sure on which build date, but definitely not 09. I use blackberry music gateway and it works fine but I do have to resync it every now and then
