BMW SSK on xi

Did the shift lever swap on my 335xi with the BMW performance SSK from a 330i model. Took me 15 min. Pretty easy except for that circlip. I cursed a couple of times lol.

Overall the shifts are shorter and more precise than the stock lever. There's also a much better feel when the gear goes in.

Also another plus is that the shift lever height is now 1/2 inch lower which I'm very happy about.

Definitely a great mod for $70.

I'd really like to do this mod myself! Since you have done the research, can you provide the part number of the 330i SSK?

I've had this on my car since about July. Definitely one of my favorite mods. I ordered the SSK from Tischer, which included the lever, boot, and knob. (330i)

BMW SSK:
25110434219 but choose the 330i model one as its shorter in height than the 335i one.

Also get bushing 25111220600 and at least 2 circlips 25111220379 as u can drop and lose it very easily during installation.
