so everything is running pretty smooth except for sometimes after car idels for a few mins rpms idle at 750 instead of 650? It'll sit at 650 then go up to 750 and idle there.

didnt want to bump another topic, but adjusting the WG setting on the procede from 90 to lets say 45 would that cause lag or any problems?
Im just trying to get rid of this anoying rattle, I did mess with it a bit yesterday. got rid of some rattle on idle and deceleration but still there on spool and intermitantly at times when its on a mood swing...
plus note made my exhaust tone deeper and now gurrgles and pops full stock exhaust with golf -t

With the new 11-25 maps my rattle is non existent. On the earlier maps I had rattle no matter what.

And a side note. My car doesn't feel as fast mid to top end either? But I think I might be wrong.

You can put the Wastegate position value anywhere you want and it will not effect boost response. If you are still rattling, try setting it to 30 which will hold the wastegates open at idle and should eliminate rattle during idle and deccel. You will still get a rattle during load transitions since this is software fix and doesn't solve the mechanical issue (loose wastegates). It just makes it far less obvious/annoying.
