the tune has never had any issues but the last two days started noticing a bucking feeling here and there. so today i reset the dme and autotuning and now it is stuck in map 1. i even unhooked the battery for 10-20 min(pushed brake pedal after disconnect)

still nothing. car needs new plugs so will updating to agressive tq maps is not an option right now

any ideas?

search yielded me no help btw

edit: also tried doing it through the hazard switch... nothing

Mapswitching is done through the cruise control stalk or by double-clicking the DTC button. The Hazard button doesn't switch maps, it switching in-dash display modes

sry dtc(not the hazard... that was stuck in my head after verifying that the gauge options still worked).... its been a long night lol


i usually do it through the cruise stalk. i change it a LOT actually. which was why i immediately noticed after resetting the dme and autotuning

Try resetting all adaptations.

There are multiple threads like this... it comes down to something you clicked or you need to reupload map/firmware and reset adaptations again.

Sometimes someone changed settings they shouldnt have or enabled nitrous etc

I remember the last guy changed the a version setting of their procede for no reason and it went bonkers.

Also one of the commands in the Command Center is to enable/disable DTC mapswitching. it's possible that executed the OFF command without knowing it. It's happened before.

Double checked the dtc one but I think I may have accidentally done the nitrous one too. I'll try canceling it that and see what results I get

I know this is off topic, but when do we with Euro car without cruise stalk can access the Comnand Centre? We have been waiting for quite some time now........
