Full 3" Dp to full 3" exhaust?

So iv searched and couldn't really find a lot of info on this, but has anyone taken 3" dp and cut/ weld the tapered area to a full mandrel bent 3" exhaust?

I was thinking of Going with Vsrf down pipes and proceeding down this rout, suprised no companies have actually made a full turbo back 3" exhaust.

also besides heat, what are the advantages to thermal coating? would it give a different tone to an exhaust?

thanks in advance and any suggestion welcome.

I think HPF has a full 3" exhaust setup. But all the DPs have a ~2.5" outlet. Thermal coating helps with heat management and durability

Garage List
There was one guy who modified 3" downpipes with a true 3" v-band clamp flange, connected to 2 true 3" midpipes via the v-band clamp. I think his user name was klipseracer or something like that

Like bryce just said, all you need to do is cut and clamp. It shouldn't be hard to do. I thought you asked if there was a company that offered 3" TBE, my bad lol

I've only seen them go from 3" DP to a 3" single exhaust, klipseracer .....it's unbearably loud for most ears and I beleive he swiched it back.

3" is overkill; but since we have turbos as our main restriction, the exhaust itself isn't THAT big of a deal as far as potential loss of performance goes.
If you do 3", i wouldn't do it straight pipe. I'd do resonator and muffler

Wow, uhh... To be as simple as possible: it connects the turbos to the midpipe. It gets rid of the post turbo cats and allows much better breathing for the turbos.
