iPod nano holder/dock??

Is there such a thing (diy or to buy) which would enable me to have a cradle in the armrest for my iPod nano? I only have the aux in socket and the iPhone 4 cradle in there, but would like something to make my iPod look neater. I've seen the dock which people have made for the ashtray does anyone have a detailed how to for it? or what have some of you guys done for the iPod?... I don't want to spend out on a dension 500, I don't really want to spend much at all.
