PUMA case over 25.2.2 update?!?

Sorry for the mistake in the thread title...i mean 25.1.1.!!!

Took my car in Friday for the Progman 25.1.1 or whatever the latest update is....and they called me and said that they have to start a PUMA case, which means getting BMWNA involved because my car is not "accepting" the 25.1.1 update.

So they are waiting for instructions from the BMWNA "gurus".

Has anyone experienced this with the new Progman?

I had a PUMA opened on mine (330xi), as I had several modules that wouldn't take the update. They finally switched out my Sirius receiver, which let the update proceed.

I have it as PuMA - "Parts/Procedure under Manufacturers Assessment"
Mine might be newer or older. But in any case, yes, a problem hotline.
