I don't see why not. However, it isn't unlocked currently because it is still in the box and I haven't touched it.

I think you need to be a Verizon customer in good standing for a certain amount of time before you request Verizon to unlock the phone for you.

Yep I actually added a line but to cancel it, its $200 dollars but $399 + $200 $599 still cheaper than the phone or am i missing something?

Valid point. FWIW, Verizon's termination fee on smartphone lines is something like $350 (just saying for those interested in purchasing a Verizon phone like the OP's). Not sure how it works if you switch around the lines like you did (I'm assuming you're on AT&T or Sprint).

You also renewed your contract for 2 years, thus the phone being subsidized.

I am basing my price off of the local market for it on Craigslist. I am still one of the lower prices, but willing to accept reasonable offers. The price of a new 4s is 650 + 60 tax/fees etc. This is a new in box, never used iPhone 4s.
