Anyone hear moved around fibre cables at Most block behind bolster?

How do you actually move the cables around? Once you have the 2 distribution blocks separated how do you move around the green fibres? Anyone with detailed experience on how you do it? From what I can see there is a cover on each distribution block, do you completely remove this cover or what?
