Hey everyone, picked up my 07 e90 335i a couple weeks ago. Have been lurking here and figured I'd make an intro thread.
Car is Titanium Silver Metallic, black interior with brushed trim. Came with some carbon fiber splitters ( one slightly damaged, may look into replacing or getting new bumper altogether ). Past cars have been Jeeps or a VW GTI, so I'm interested in modding and love the community! Here's some pics, hopefully mods coming soon! |

Nice car! Toss a tune on it and it'll become an animal! I love my Cobb AP...

Congrats! A tune makes all the difference, but modding these seems to be like tattoos... one is just the beginning.

^^ haha trust me, I've already caught it, I just don't know what I want to do first!
that and what would you say looks best on silver... carbon fiber or gloss black? going to do grill, trim and possibly rear views asap since its cheap and quick |

cf splitters gonna run you a few hundred back. oems are like 700 or so (accuracy????). im sure paying to get the cracks fixed then having them painted the color of your car should be cheaper than buying a new set. also, if you are thinking about replacing with reps, you have to be very careful of fitment. i dumbed out and purchased my 1st set from a chinese seller on ebay. fitment was bad. color was off. cheap. 140 wasted. |

Thanks for the tip, how exactly do they fix the carbon fiber though? seems like it would be pretty tough to do since the fibers are essentially broken
