turbos and close to warrenty

So for the last week iv been hearing a faint whine coming from my turbos. i wasn't sure at first because it was only doing it till the oil temps got warmed up.

Now its gotten louder over the last few days, but everything is running fine no CEL light is coming on or anything just the TPMS is going inactive and active little annoying but nothing serious.

My problem is i have 47,000 miles and No CEL light will the dealer warranty my turbos. i can reproduce the sound of the whine just not sure what to do.

What do you have to lose if your bring it in? We can't give you an answer but your dealer can.

Sounds like the mice in there are getting hungry. Did you put any cheese in the turbo recently? That's probably your problem.

Seriously though - I'm with David on this; take it into the dealer. It may take more than one visit so you might as well get it taken care of while you've got some time left on the warranty.

Could be a valve malfunctioning on the boost release/over pressure, on the wastegate.

Take to dealer, its under warranty.
