Boost Leak code at oil cap Watch Video

I'm getting 30ff boost leak code. During pressure check I find no leaks except the Oil cap. Cap leaks at 7-14 psi. Turn up volume and listen. Could this cause a code?

dont know if it will throw a code, but just replace the cap

But is suppose to do that? The cap is designed with a spring loaded ventilation but should it leak like that? Just trying to figure out the source of my code without blowing a million dollars on a new oil cap. Thanks

Update: Its because I had the pcv Valve hooked up during the pressure check. It was recirculating the air to the block.
