Why are my nozzles leaking?

Two new nozzles from Snow arrived yesterday, a 625ml/min and a 375ml/min. When I disconnected The lines to the old nozzles this morning, the lines were dry and nothing spilled out. I thought this would be normal for the power nozzle with a solenoid between it and the pump, but I figured the line going to the other nozzle would dribble out some fluid.

After installing the new nozzles and doing some road testing, I parked the car and let it sit for an hour. When I went out to start it again it stumbled really hard for a few seconds, like my nozzles had leaked into the charge pipe again. (Didn't notice this with the really small nozzles, a 60ml/min and 175ml/min)

What am I missing here? The pump is mounted in the space under the trunk liner, isn't that Lower than where the Charge pipe is mounted?

Snow left it as a optional upgrade, they obviously didn't think it would be a problem if you mount your reservoir lower than your nozzles, which I think i have
