stuck on rear DV removal

ok i'm stuck, i cant for the life of my get the rear DV off, i'm positive i have it in the unlock position here's a pic

Try and put it to the other position and gently try to pull it up.

On mine I had to be rough with them the first time I took them off. After that it was much easier.

That's the unlock position. Just give that sucker a hard yank.... and I mean hard. It's not going to come off easily the first few times you do it.

I just did this earlier today...

I just did this earlier today...
Here's the wierd thing, on my car it was the LOCK position, it was a PITA to switch to unlock but once i did it popped right out..wierd..
