Low boost, limp modes, blue smoke. Blown turbos?
I have an 07 335i 6mt with about 56k on it. I have the old procede v3 with catless DPs. So here's what is going on... I'm only doing about 8psi with the procede and I use to do about 12-14. I am going into limp mode like crazy. If I start from a stop and get on it I can usually get through 1st and 2nd boosting at about 8psi then I hit 3rd and go into limp mode. Or pretty much if I'm just cruising and get on it especially under load (like on the highway in 5th-6th I get on it to try to pass someone and as soon as I start to build boost it goes into limp mode).
The other big thing is that there is blue smoke coming out of my exhaust. Not constantly pouring out, but a pretty good amount. A little more info, I took the procede out and I was doing about 6-7psi with all the other issues being the same. I have also had a really bad (IMO) wastegate rattle for a long time (2+ years). I'm thinking my turbo(s) is junk. Basically what I'm wondering is if a blown turbo is going to cause limp mode, low boost. Or if there are any other possible things that could be wrong with it like PCV valve or w/e. I would really appreciate any help or suggestions from anyone. Thanks! If you had a bad turbo, you really wouldn't be making any boost. And you would likely be smoking up a storm. You would also likely hear a loud siren noise when you try to go on boost. Getting some smoke out the tailpipe from time to time (esp when fully catless), isn't that unheard of. You'll just need to get your car properly looked it to determine what the problem is. It's way to early to suggest the turbos are gone. I have yet to see anything like that happen first hand. Looking for boost leaks, cracks in the vacuum lines that actuate the wastegate, etc,. would be the first things on my to-do list if faced with this situation.

No, I'm not getting a low boost code. It's weird when I took the procede out it was doing about what it should. But when I put the procede in it only does like 1-2psi more. I'm more worried about the limp modes and blue smoke. If there is any connections between the 2.

Blue smoke means you're burning oil. Pretty sure the only reason you'd burn oil and see blue smoke out of your exhaust is if you have a bad gasket somewhere right?

There are a number of things that can cause oil to enter the intake, combustion chamber, or exhaust and cause a blue smoke situation. Gaskets are one among many potential causes. OP you need to dig into the car more, or have someone familiar with engines (preferably the N54 engine specifically) look at it.

Sounds just like my car when I developed a vacuum leak. I had no smoke though. I would only make about 3-5 psi with or without the Procede. Check all your vacuum lines especially the ones near the valve cover and to the wastegate accumulators. I've seen so many issues solved by just replacing the bad vacuum lines it's worth a try.
Here is the link. These were the lines that I had to replace. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=546560
