'08 5 Series Vs. the EPA
The MY08 5-series vehicles have not received the final EPA approvals yet and cannot be shipped just yet? I have been receiving a lot of questions about these. The only vehicles that are certified so far are the M5 and the 550i and we have been shipping those. We will ship the other models as soon as we receive the ok from National. Unfortunately at this point it is a guessing game as to when this might happen.
