please help,the first time of buying from a dealer shop other than BMW.

I'm recently looking for a BMW and found this 2008 328i coupe in kero's auto broker. I bought my last BMW in BMW Seattle and since it's a BMW shop, I feel confident on the quality of the car. but this time is the first time that I buy a car other than a BMW store, I don't know what things should I be careful of and what has to be done before I go purchase my car...
the carded is clean, the car has clean title, should I have it inspected by BMW before going for it? if does, how much would it usually cost?

Have it inspected if you want, but Eddie is a stand up guy. Bought from him twice with no problems at all

my sales person is Stefen and he is a great guy too!! he changed my tires because the car was going to the right by itself when I'm heading forward.

that seems a bit pricey for a 328i? Aren't used 335i's running around 25k as well?

I don't know.... this has premium and sports package, and also navi system on it. tried to find another one that's cheaper than this with these options but couldn't. however, the milage is over 50000, which has no mire warranty on it.
