18 wheel upgrade

I have stock 16-inch wheels on my '06 325 xi. I am in the market for summer wheels and tires and done some research and come up with the following:

Wheels: 18" Miro 942 Wheels 18x8.5 5x120 ET35, square set up
Tires: Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110, 225/40/ZR18

With this set up rub? I wanted to go with an ET of 18 to get a wider stance but I am told I'll have to roll the fenders with an ET of 18. I would not want to do that though.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. thx, Jon
