I have a software unlocked iphone 4 32 GB in mint conditon, only one scratch on the side, no scratches on the screen or the back plate.

You can upgrade to the latest software AND retain the unlock if you use tiny umbrella
Search for the DIY
You basically upgrade the software to 4.3.3
But you keep the modem firmware at 1.59.00
Which is the only modem firmware on the iPhone 4 that can be software unlocked
