For those of you who would be selling your 335 Coupe for E92 M3 in a couple of years, how much do you expect to get out of it for 2 years/25K miles. You can assume a price of 45K, to calculate your depreciated sales price.

I am asking this question, cause I usually end up selling car every 2-3 year, so I wanted to know what would be the estimated private party selling price at that time for excellent condition.

I got a base 2001 330i in 2004 for about 34K from the dealership. My 335i coupe @ 49K residual value at the end of the 3 year lease is $29K.

I'd say after 2 years- maybe 36k. After 3 years- 32-33k.
