when will 08 335i coupes be available?

My question is if I where to order a 08 335i coupe, when do you think it will be delivered? I was told by a dealership it would be late November, early December.
What do you guys think?

Production usually starts in Aug for new models. Perhaps a Nov delivery. with a 3 month wait on 07's, I too am thinking of an 08.

Only problem is so is everyone else and the flood of orders will likely spike when the 08 is out and the wait will climb again. All the unfinished 2007 orders will be in front of you as well so I am not sure this is a case where a wait will be an advantage.

if the wait for 07 e92's are 3+ months out meaning if you ordered today you will not see it till July/August then I would wait for the 08. You can tell you dealer to put you on the list for an 08 and when they get 08 allocation (if they are a good dealer) you will get one of the first slots. MY08 starts in September so if you get an early September production date you will see your car in early October. Dealers should be getting 08 allocations in July. At least that is when my dealer did and I had one of the first allocations for my 07 e90.

In a good way I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the new G37 to do well which everyone thinks will. Hopefully that will alleviate sales so I can get my 335i quicker!

Wow that's a long wait for BMW. Other makers usually have their next MY out by June.

Germans change the MY after the August holidays

BMW NA sometimes changes the US ones MY name for marketing reasons at other times

That's exactly what I was told a month ago. Late Nov/early Dec for a Port Hueneme delivery to the western USA.
