On a full tank at this point i'm getting an average of 16 MPG. This is with everyday freeway and road/traffic conditions.

no way, highway only - yes, but mix - no way! More like 11l/100km with a foot on lighter side.
I am getting 10.5l/100km on my 330i 6spd with a light foot.

I averaged about 15mpg or about 201 miles or so on my first tank of gas approx. But, I tend to have my foot in it A LOT and I do not tend to give a crap about gas. It's one of those things, you HAVE to have Fuel, so why sweat or stress about it, you're going to buy it anyway, so just have fun, fill it when it's at 1/4 tank or so and be done with it.
Don't give it a second thought, the 335 might cost you a few hundred pounds, marks, or Dollars each year in fuel VS a Toyota Prius or something, but then that's not really the point or worth being concerned about. Have fun, Drive Hard!

Wow..I guess Im the only E90 that gets great gas mileage?
Ive put $200 in the tank over 2 weeks LOL. I drove it everywhere trying to break it in. I did really well though...set cruise at 60 and I was getting somewhere around 36-38mpg with a 335! Cruising around 65-70 nets 26-30mph on the hwy...around town I get about 20 or so. If everyone is curious as to my numbers, its because I dont beat the piss out of my car everywhere I go. I work on enough of your broken cars every day to make my foot stay on the lighter side of things |

Quick note to the original poster. Since you are used to 'real' gallons, multiply all these mpg numbers by 1.25.

1500 miles so far. 600 mile trip last weekend=29.4 mpg with average speed 77.8 mph. Around town prior to trip, 900 miles with average 17.8 mpg. Not bad for a new car IMHO.

Went out ad about looking at houses on Sunday, filled up as I left with the old Shell V-Power and did 97 miles. Wasn't really thinking about MPG but while waiting for my wife oustside Waitrose I noticed that the OBC was showing 29.7mpg, also with 3/4 of a tank left it was still showing 330 miles remaining, I was so impressed I took a couple of pics.

Yup, I started with 9.7l/100km when I picked her up. Now, however I am driving a little more aggressively, so I am getting 10.5l/100km. I am hoping to come back to 10l per 100km in the future. I have 6000km on odo. Love the car! I want 335 already!
