Nice watch. Do you know approx how old it is? It's got a classic 1960's vibe to it, and people really took good care of their high end watches back then. Also, does the date sit striaght? Thanks

If you give me some time till later today when the insanity at work dies down I can get you some more information on the watch-if you have a picture of the inside of the screw down caseback if would help for the reference number but is not necessary.
Without even looking at the pictures beyond scrolling or reading I'm guessing it is an omega cal 55x variation or more likely a cal 750-752 because the cushion case indicates a 70s watch which would probably mean the latter movement. These are GREAT movements-among the best every made for day to day watchs IMO along with the IWC 82 series and Rolex 1570. They don't make them like this anymore. I'll get you a write up on this watch when I get a chance-I collect vintage watches, Omegas in particular, so I'm sure I have info on this exact model |
