yea man bad for car and tires, like drugs, just dont do it. also dont rev the engine. it wasnt made to be played with, sorry if that spoils your fun.

you put your left foot on the brake then rev with your right foot. once revs are up and the force torque over powers the brake force your wheels will spin. When you want to go quickly let your left foot off the brake. Some people just keep a small portion of their foot on the brake so they can slip their foot off of it. I believe this is called "Torque Loading." Someone will correct me if i'm wrong.

He has the steptronic, all he did was power-brake. Hold the brake, press the gas.

It is quite fun. I use to do it in my truck on occasion. But I preferred to slide the rear out more.

Looks like "brake torquing" an automatic to me. Foot on brake, push on gas until rear wheels spin (front brakes preventing movement), then releasing brake and gas to the floor. I don't recommend this either.
