Potholes

My left front rim was damaged by potholes, is it possible to ask the city hall of toronto to pay for the damage?

you need like lots of pictures of your wheels and the actual potholes, time of when it happened, description, probably witnesses, etc and a bunch of other BS information, i've tried here in Vancouver to do somethin similar, its such a long pain in the ass process, people just give up...

omg, WITNESS? I DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHEN IT HAPPENED, BECAUSE SO MANY FUCKING POTHOLES IN TORONTO

ouch, if you were the only one person to claim that there is a pothole in that area, the city is probably not going to give a damn...

i say call the city first to ask if such reimbursement is available, then ask them whats needed, good luck!

they did a survey on citytv for potholes...check their website and then you can just pick one out of the top 5, go take some pictures, and document it when its not rush hour

the city has a fund set aside for stuff like this, yes, they will pay and you should go for it

do you have tire and wheel insurance through BMW? If so it covers rim damage from pot holes.

You guys have the concrete highways everywhere too, right (at least in winterpeg)? Makes for a nice humming noise from the tires that I wasn't used to.
