FS: 335i Mufflers and OEM Intercooler

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Mufflers off e92 335i - $100

OEM 335i Intercooler - $100

+ shipping if applicable

Will provide pictures if needed, although I think we all have a good idea of how these items look.

Mufflers are in stock form but can easily be gutted for a more aggressive sound

It's just the rear section of mufflers. I figured someone may be interested in gutting them. Pretty cheap but with really nice results

It comes like this, except with the dirt and grime cleaned off. This picture is from when it first came off the car. About 15,000 miles. The old intercooler got damaged in an accident so I got this one new from BMW to replace it.

I am not sure how much of the tubing and clamps you can reuse on your car. Depends how much you removed when you took off your stock intercooler. You need to keep in mind that some of the clamps from BMW are one time only, so those might need to be replaced. It's all dependent on your setup right now. Let me know if you have any more questions or need a diagram.

well my car is actually one the first few cars made that did not come with the factory intercooler. I prob should just go with a big aftermarket one since i'm running the jb3 2.0 on map 5 with dci and exhaust and going to be putting on downpipes here soon as well. My temps are running high with the weather so i need to get an intercooler in there to get it running cooler

All 335i's came with intercoolers. They are a necessity for the turbos.

Yours probably didn't have an oil cooler.

Definitely get an aftermarket intercooler then. I have the ETS unit and love it.

No problem man

Just don't want you buying a stock intercooler when what you need is an upgraded one

It's completely stock still. Has been cut off the car but otherwise not modified. It can be used as is for someone looking to go back to stock or it can be modified for a deeper growl on a budget

I don't think anyone here has attempted it. My buddy did it a few weeks ago with his e46 M3. Basically just cut off the top, ripped out the insides, and welded it back on
