Where to by Lowering Spring locally?

Where can I go locally (GTA) to get a good deals on lowering springs? Does anyone knows?

I am looking for H&R or Eibach lowering springs??

Also, can you refer me to a good shop to install it.

Bimmersport, RMP, Speedstar they all sell/install these parts. Speedstar is in Markham.

I'd check prices with US vendors as well.
