New 335i

Hey guys I just traded my 2006 dodge ram srt10 for this new to me, 2008 bmw 335i, its a white sedan automatic, coming from the srt10 i feel the bimmer to be sort of slow or atleast i feel the turbo lag, so my question is what is the best first mod out there?, I traded the truck for this car because i wanted a 12 second daily driver, is this attainable with the 335 without breaking the bank? and finally the car drives really nice and gets better mileage than my previous., thanks in advance.

Search my friend. Come to a decision from what you find and not from what people tell you. And when I say search don't be afraid to venture to other forums.

First get a tune, search and choose what suits you best. I am very happy with the Procede .

Congrats on the purchase. A big difference coming from a truck. Lots of information on this forum, so if you spend a few hours one night researching, you should be armed with more than enough threads to make a decision about mods. Either way, enjoy the car.

There are also those of us who prefer our cars stock. Eh hem..

Garage List
2008 BMW  [6.24]
If you want the cheapest (and certainly NOT the lowest quality) way to get into the 12s, for $1500 you can get:

- Big Tom intercooler - $300
- PLM downpipes - $300
- JB4 - $480
- Secondary cats delete - $150
- DCI - $95

For another $500 add a Cooling Mist methanol kit and you're in the 11s...
