Will Vanguard Exhaust V2 for E90 fit on an E92?
If modifications need to be made, is it a lot that needs to be done?

I think it will fit perfectly since the tips are adjustable.

Only difference between e90 and e92 exhaust is that e92 is about 2 inches longer at the tips. Since that exhaust is adjustable, you are fine.
