Owners Circle Problems

For the last two days I have not been able to access the Owners Circle through the BMWUSA website. Is it down, or is my computer just glitching?

I also can't log on. I'm a new customer in CA, my car just landed at a local port. Maybe they are made b/c i check on the status so much

I had this problem last week. Maybe they are in the midst of updating the site so that we can get more timely information. Wouldn't that be nice!

No, they got reports that the data was 30% reliable, which is far too accurate for BMWUSA.com, so they are slowing it down some.

Yeah the site sucks. It would be nice not to have to call the number but seems that's the only way to get SOMEWHAT accurate info.

People are taking delivery of the 335xi, yet it still does not exist according to BMWUSA.com. Interesting marketing stragegy... hide the product... don't let anyone know we sell this.

Yea, and according to OC, I'm getting a 325i convertible. You'd think they'd actually know their products by now.....
