Downpipe with GIAC Stage I. Do I need DP FIx?

Hello guys I tried searching but the answers on this topic don’t seem to be certain.
I am getting an AA downpipe installed and I would like to know if i need to purchase a downpipe fix for my car not to throw a cell.

also does anyone know if I keep the stock exhaust will I still get the white smoke, and will their be a strong fuel order?

Yes! You do need a DP fix if you are planning on running GIAC or Cobb

With stock exhaust and no leaks, there should be no smoke and very minimal smell

I also contacted the foks at Tyrol Sport who will be installing the Downpipe and they told me the same.

I've ordered the DP fix, hopefully the AA downpipe will arrive soon

Tyrol is a great shop man. Mike does really good work. You'll be very happy. i've had them do a lot of stuff on multiple cars and am always satisfied...will be stoppin' by there soon for stage 2
